Montefiore extends lease in early renewal decision.

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates has arranged a long-term lease for a medical group practice of Montefiore Medical Center within the three-story, 82,000 s/f medical office building at 2300 Westchester Avenue in Bronx, NY. Montefiore Medical Center, a leading national hospital, has extended its existing 53,000 sq. ft. lease through the year 2018 in an early renewal decision. Joshua M. Dolgin represented the owner, Kadima Medical Properties, LLC, a subsidiary of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, in the transaction.
