AUSTIN, Texas -- Freescale Semiconductor today announced that MontaVista Software, Inc., a leader in embedded Linux[R] technology commercialization, is the first global platinum sponsor of the 2008 Freescale Technology Forum (FTF), the developer event of the year for the embedded semiconductor industry.
