MonsterDaata moves into Georgia.

MonsterDaata, Inc. an information infrastructure utility company, announced today that it has signed Georgia MLS (GAMLS), a Real Estate Multiple Listing Service, as the first commercial user for its recently released MapViewer Internet-based search engine technology. MonsterDaata's customizable MapViewer enables users to easily access the company's extensive, nationwide database of Tax/Plat, Flood, Zoning and other paper-based maps easily from home of office PCs.

Georgia MLS has installed MapViewer to accompany its property record database and to work with its proven Internet-MLS delivery system. Its database contains over 16 Counties of Tax and Flood Maps for the entire Atlanta Metro region.

MonsterDaata's Internet-based map viewing application is extremely valuable for markets ranging from real estate professionals and title companies to appraisers and government agencies. Even the general public can benefit from it since users will now be able to access various neighborhood related information for communities all over the U.S., online instantly and easily. MonsterDaata already serves over 30,000 real estate brokers and agents, and partners with over 100 Web sites and portals including such industry leaders as Yahoo!.
