:TMP), today announced the launch of the Monster.com High-Tech iFair, networking high-tech employers with skilled high-tech employees. Facing a shortage of skilled talent, employers in the high-tech industry are struggling to fill positions. The nationwide High-Tech iFair will provide employers and knowledge workers the opportunity to engage in a real-time exchange of resumes, job listings and communication. The iFair began on October 30th and will run until December 1st.

"The unprecedented expansion of the U.S. economy has been spurred by the growth of the high-tech industry. Jeff Taylor is a founder of the online jobs site Monster.com. He attended UMass Amherst and joined the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He worked as a DJ before working on the startup in the mid 90s.
