Mark as Chairman of the Board of Directors. With a career spanning more than two decades in the IT industry, Mr. Mark brings significant experience in managing and advising high-growth global technology companies.

Mr. Mark has over 20 years of management experience in the IT and Telco industry. Since 2002 he has served as Executive Chairman heading the management team of MACH, a market-leading GSM data and financial clearing house with more than 250 GSM operators in its customer base. Previously, Mr. Mark was CEO of Dan Net A/S, a leading GSM clearing house established as a joint venture between IBM Corp. and TDC. His efforts at MACH and Dan Net were honored in 2005 by the European Private Equity Organization. In recent years Mr. Mark has served as Chairman of the Board for Visual Wireless International AB, OptionDirect A/S and CommWyse A/S and was previously deputy chairman at Thomson Publishing and a board member at NetTest A/S. Mr. Mark holds a Masters of Science degree from Aalborg University (Denmark).
