Monday and Appollo make DC deal.


Washington, DC: Monday Properties, in a joint venture with Apollo Real Estate Advisors' Value Enhancement Fund VI, has acquired the 600,000 s/f Transpoint Building on the Southwest Waterfront Southwest Waterfront is a residential neighborhood in Southwest Washington, D.C.. By virtue of Southwest's being the smallest of Washington's four quadrants, Southwest Waterfront is in fact one of only two residential neighborhoods in the quadrant (the other being Bellevue, which,  at 2100 Second Street S.W. in Washington, D.C. "The building has a long history with the Coast Guard and we look forward to seeing that relationship continue. We are also very enthusiastic about the changing dynamics of the Southwest Waterfront neighborhood and the opportunities that are beginning to develop in the area."
