Molding presses.

Injection and compression molding Compression molding is a method of molding in which the molding material, generally preheated, is first placed in an open, heated mold cavity. The mold is closed with a top force or plug member, pressure is applied to force the material into contact with all mold areas, and heat  presses are highlighted in this four-page, four-color brochure. The clamp unit is said to feature a robust design with flame hardened, thermally pre-stressed columns. Precise temperature control, even heat distribution and rapid heat-up times are said to be assured through the use of PID (1) (Process IDentifier) A temporary number assigned by the operating system to a process or service.

(2) (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) The most common control methodology in process control.
controlled electrical cartridge heaters, with individual heat outputs depending on location within the platen. The injection unit is said to be designed for accuracy and easy maintenance. Both vertical and horizontal units come equipped with FIFO (First In First Out) A storage method that retrieves the item stored for the longest time. Contrast with LIFO. See traffic engineering methods.

This is independent from the injection shot chamber that is temperature regulated through concentric passages to provide uniform heat control, according to according to
