Custom formulated mold release agents for rubber, polyurethane and composites are featured in the company's six-page, four-color brochure. Polyurethane mold release agents are offered in custom and off-the-shelf versions. Mold release coatings can be formulated to exact standards and physical properties, including spray-on water-based coatings and water-based pastes. For rubber applications, the EZR custom formulated line of semi-permanent products releases most rubber materials, including EPDM, SBR, polychloroprene, silicone, natural rubber and other specialized rubbers. Release agent technology featured in the brochure includes water-based, semi-permanent products, dilutable, water-based concentrates and solvent-based semi-permanent products.
