The EZR-280 Series of semi-permanent water-based mold release agents offers a semi-permanent release agent for natural, EPDM, SBR and nitrile rubber. The EZR 280, EZR 281 and EZR 282 products feature curable semi-permanent release agents that have been shown to offer multiple releases, reduced knit lines and increased quality and productivity, according to the company. These products are said to combine the knit-line-free technology of the company's EZR 239 products with multiple release enhancements. Additional development is in progress to broaden the types of rubber released by the EZR 280 Series of products, according to the manufacturer. The company makes environmentally-friendly and water-based release agents for robber, polyurethane, epoxy composites and other plastics used in the automotive and transportation industries.
