Mold protection system spots hot-runner leaks.

A novel system that provides early detection of leakage LEAKAGE. The waste which has taken place in liquids, by their escaping out of the casks or vessels in which they were kept. By the act of March 2, 1799, s. 59, 1 Story's L. U. S, 625, it is provided that there be an allowance of two per cent for leakage, on the quantity which shall appear  in hot-runner systems has been developed by WF Plastic Technology & Service GmbH, Ludenscheid, Germany. The company's new Mold Protection System (MPS) does not interrupt A signal that gets the attention of the CPU and is usually generated when I/O is required. For example, hardware interrupts are generated when a key is pressed or when the mouse is moved. Software interrupts are generated by a program requiring disk input or output.  production. It is especially suited to fault-prone tools and operational validation of repaired tools. MPS comprises four to six pressure sensors A pressure sensor measures the pressure, typically of gases or fluids. Pressure is an expression of the force required to stop a gas or fluid from expanding, and is usually stated in terms of force per unit area. A pressure sensor generates a signal related to the pressure imposed.  and monitoring nozzles, a small compressed-air unit, and a small control box. The monitoring nozzles are installed 0.4 to 0.8 mm apart along the runner system at positions where leakage might occur. Melt escaping from the leakage position closes off a monitoring nozzle An orifice in an inkjet print head through which ink is sprayed onto the paper. Print heads with six thousand or more nozzles are common in today's printers.
