Moinian welcomes Delia's to W23rd St. building.The Moinian Group has inked a 52,220 s/f lease on the entire 10th floor and partial 9th floor at 50 W. 23rd Street for Delia's, the internationally known fashion retailer. Daniel Gohari, vice president of leasing, made the announcement. Newmark Knight Franks' Andrew Udis and Michael Dreizen represented the asset's owner, The Moinian Group, in the transaction. Adam Rappaport of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated on behalf of the tenant. "As one of New York's most prominent clothing firms, Delia's sought an easily-accessible space located on a major thoroughfare THOROUGHFARE. A street or way so open that one can go through and get out of it without returning. It differs from a cul de sac, (q.v.) which is open only at one end. 2.
