Moinian announces 30,000 s/f in deals.


The Moinian Group, which owns and manages more than 20 million square feet of office, residential, retail and hotel properties throughout the U.S. and abroad, announced 27,858 s/f in new leasing activity throughout the firm's Manhattan Manhattan, indigenous people of North America

Among the largest of transactions this month, Imperial Parking signed an 11,388 s/f lease encompassing the garage portion of 90 John Street. The property features a newly renovated lobby, 24-hour access and on-site building management. John Monaco, senior director of leasing and Gohari arranged the lease.

At 1450 Broadway, Paul Amrich of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  arranged a 3,682 s/f lease for Decisionmark Corporation, a broadcast information technology provider. Gotham Bank of NY, a financial institution, signed a 3,682 s/f space in a move from 1412 Broadway; Mitchell Mitchell, city (1990 pop. 13,798), seat of Davison co., SE S.Dak.; inc. 1881. Mitchell is a trade, distribution, and shipping center for a dairy and livestock area.  Kunikoff of George Comfort & Sons represented Gotham Bank of NY in the transaction. Monaco and Gohari acted on behalf of Moinian Group.

At 115 East 57 Street, Bill Berkis of Grubb & Ellis ELLIS - EuLisp LInda System. An object-oriented Linda system written for EuLisp. "Using Object-Oriented Mechanisms to Describe Linda", P. Broadbery <pab@maths.bath.ac.uk> et al, in Linda-Like Systems and Their Implementation, G. Wilson ed, U Edinburgh TR 91-13, 1991.  arranged a 1,747 s/f lease for Labcorp Holdings, a diagnostic technology firm. Known as the Galleria due to its spectacular nine-story atrium atrium (ā`trēəm), term for an interior court in Roman domestic architecture and also for a type of entrance court in early Christian churches. The Roman atrium was an unroofed or partially roofed area with rooms opening from it. , the property features such amenities as a health and fitness club and an underground parking garage. Monaco and Gohari negotiated on behalf of Moinian Group.

, Phil Amarante and John Gray of Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 4,859 s/flease for Worth Linen & Associates. CB Richard Ellis' Keith Caggiano represented The Moinian Group in the transaction.

In addition, SFactor, a fitness facility, signed a 2,500 s/f lease at 147 West 24 Street; Jason Pennington of Butler Kane negotiated on behalf of SFactor, while Moinian Group Leasing Associate Kimia Shadrokh negotiated on the firm's behalf.
