Moinian Group signs new tenants at 1450 B'way.

The Moinian Group has signed 25,100 s/f in new leases at 1450 Broadway for Goody's Family Clothing, Olam Americas, Inc. WiseClick Media, Inc. and Indigo Moon.

Millenium Realty Group negotiated on behalf of Goody's Family Clothing, a clothing retailer, set to occupy 14,143 s/f on the 25th and 26th floors. Nick Gilman of Byrnam Wood, LLC represented Olam Americas, Inc., a global supplier of agricultural products, taking 3,682 s/f on the 36th floor.

Evan H. Margolin of Studley represented WiseClick Media, Inc., an internet marketing firm, set to occupy 3,682 s/f on the 35th floor. Barry Bernstein and David Danick of Winoker Realty arranged a 3,682 s/f lease for Indigo Moon, a women's apparel manufacturer, on the 31st floor.

John Monaco served as the exclusive in-house leasing agent as Moinian Group's senior director of leasing.
