Moinian's Atelier tops off on Manhattan's West Side.


Atelier, a luxury residential tower that will feature 478 studio, one- and two-bedroom condominiums, has recently attained its highest structural point at 46 stories.

At the topping off ceremony it was announced that sales begin in April of this year, with occupancy expected in January of 2007. Atelier will offer residents dramatic views of the Hudson River Hudson River

The building is located at 635 West 42nd Street at between 1 lth and 12th Avenues in Manhattan. Atelier is the initial phase in a mixed-use project that will total 1.5 million square feet of commercial and residential space.

Upon completion, Atelier will boast a variety of amenities including an exclusive outdoor sports deck with full basketball and volleyball volleyball, outdoor or indoor ball and net game played on a level court. "I anticipate that Atelier will be one of the city's great success stories."

Atelier represents one-third of the total development that will take shape at this location during the next four years. Offering for-sale residential condominiums, retail shops and public parking, Atelier will occupy most of the city block on the north side of West 42nd Street, between llth Avenue and the Hudson River.
