Modtech Holdings Appoints CEO Buckley as President, Director; Announces New Management to Lead Operating, Financial Growth.


PERRIS, Calif. -- Modtech Holdings, Inc. (Company) (Nasdaq:MODT MODT Mobile on Desktop ) appointed Chief Executive Officer David Buckley as President and Director and announced a new management team in ongoing steps to build new leadership and generate operating and financial growth.

Buckley was appointed President and a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Chief Financial Officer Dennis Shogren was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance, Ronald Savona was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations and appointed Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Savona, 52, is responsible for the Company's operations, including all engineering, manufacturing, construction and related activities. He joined Modtech(TM) in January 2003 as Director of Marketing. Savona has more than 30 years of experience in top management positions in the modular building and construction industry. Bartolotti has approximately 27 years of experience in senior executive and management positions in the modular business. Prior to joining Modtech(TM), he was President of Vanguard Modular Building Systems based in Pennsylvania. Before joining Vanguard, he started as Branch Manager at GE Capital Modular Space and later became Regional Sales Manager. In 1993, Bartolotti was named Managing Director in the Netherlands and Germany for a modular space manufacturer, the first European acquisition for GE. He later returned to the United States and was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast region. Bartolotti became Vice President of business development in 1996 and was responsible for domestic acquisitions, researching opportunities for new business ventures and equity investments. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of South Florida

Andreasen, 54, is responsible for employee development, recruitment, benefits, and relations, and will also oversee risk management, communications, workers compensation, and safety and environmental issues. She joined Modtech(TM) in April 2004 as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Modtech(TM), Andreasen was Corporate Director of human resources (HR) at Paragon General Contractors and Cabinetmakers, Inc., where she established effective HR programs, directed safety and risk management, and was a member of the management team responsible for setting and implementing strategies to meet company objectives. Prior to Paragon, Andreasen was HR and Administrative Manager and EEO/AA EEO/AA Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action  Officer for Ray Wilson Co. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and management and marketing from Illinois State University ISU is recognized in the prestigious US News rankings as a "National University", that is, a university which grants a variety of doctoral degrees and strongly emphasizes research.  and holds a Senior Human Resources management certification.
