Modell's making a move to 150 Broadway.

JEMB Realty, an experienced real estate owner, developer and management company headquartered in Manhattan, announced that it has signed a new 10,000 s/f lease with Modell's Sporting Goods at 150 Broadway, The Westinghouse Building.

Joseph Jerome, principal of JEMB Realty, made the announcement.
