Modavox Names Karina Kasztelnik as Corporate Controller.

PHOENIX -- Modavox, Inc. (OTCBB:MDVX), Internet broadcasting pioneer in producing and syndicating online audio and video, announced today that Karina Kasztelnik has been hired as the Company's Corporate Controller.

Kasztelnik, former Chief Bank Accountant for ABN AMRO Bank in Warsaw, Poland, up till her move to the United States, brings with her seventeen years of experience of progressive accounting and finance experience as well as supervision in the international banking and US medical device industries. She possesses high-level technical skills, presentation abilities, and practical experience with analyses, financial statements, and international consolidations. She is also a Certified Chartered Accountant for European Union, an MBA & CPA candidate, a Certified Tax Consultant for USA, and a member of the AICPA, IMA, and NATP, respectively.

While at ABN AMRO, Kasztelnik was responsible for preparing all the necessary financial statements and reports for GINB and the foreign Head Office in addition to preparing international consolidated financial statements in accordance with international accounting and banking practices and procedures. Responsibilities further included controlling calculation of all taxes, including revenue tax from legal entities, VAT, income tax and flat rate tax payments in addition to supervising the accounting for bank dependent partnerships and the Accounting, Finance, and Back Office staff as well as preparing the annual reports.
