(OTCBB: FNIX), announces Fonix DECtalk(R) text-to-speech (TTS) on screen reading software by Code Factory, a major producer of software for handheld devices in the European and Asian assistive markets. Mobile Speak Pocket is now available through Code Factory's distributor net, which includes distributors in more than 50 countries. Fonix will receive unit royalties from the sale of each device.

Code Factory's device, the Mobile Speak Pocket, is designed for Pocket PC and handheld devices running on the Windows Mobile operating system. Mobile Speak Pocket screen reading software allows blind and visually impaired users to use mainstream Pocket PC devices much like sighted people.
