emergency crews battling the blaze in Antelope Valley,
near Highway 395 in Northern California.
The COLT, known as "Mr. Ed," is a self-contained mobile
cell site bred specifically for rapid and short-term
network response. The COLT rides out to enhance
wireless coverage so that emergency response teams and
other Verizon Wireless customers can make more calls.
