He was born in Bronxville, New York and grew up in nearby Briarcliff Manor. , and Franz West as well as lesser-knowns Eberhard Havekost Eberhard Havekost (born 1967 in Dresden, Germany) is an artist based in Dresden and Berlin. Havekost studied at Hochschule für Bildende Künste[1] in Dresden from 1991-1996. , Vittorio Santoro, and the duo Smith/Stewart.
