Mity Enterprises Inc., a manufacturer of institutional furniture based in Orem, UT, agreed to be acquired by two UT-based private equity firms in a deal valued at approximately $75 million, according to Desert News. Sorensen Capital and Peterson Partners, the buyers, say they plan to take the company private again and focus on its growth.
