Mitusbishi Motors to Introduce New Information System.


Tokyo, Japan, Sept 11, 2006 - (JCN) - Mitsubishi Motors Corporation introduced a new information system on eptember 11 which sends customer complaints about the product in realtime to its shops nationwide.

The new system will feature database of the product as well as statistical analysis which will reduce lead time
Lead Time
In terms of a supply chain, the total time needed for an order to be processed.

Notes:
Lead time starts when the order is received by the sales department and ends when the client pays the invoice.

In addition, to speed up on its cause findings, it has added a pop up function as a warning on products or parts as defects.

The system will be introduced to all of the shops by the beginning of October.
