Mitsubishi Pharma Launches Selective Antithrombin Agent Argatroban in Germany.

: 4509) announced July 20 that its overseas subsidiary Mitsubishi Pharma Europe of London received approval to market argatroban, Mitsubishi Pharma's proprietary selective antithrombin agent, as of June 1 and put it on sale on July 15.

Mitsubishi Pharma Deutaschland is now marketing the agent under the trade name of Argatra in Germany.

Mitsubishi Pharma Europe plans to introduce the drug in Sweden, Holland, Austria, and Italy upon approval by authorities in respective countries.
