) - Mitsubishi Electric Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (三菱電機株式会社   announced on December 1 that it has signed a joint development agreement with the Shizuoka Cancer Center. Under the agreement terms, the two partners will strive to develop an innovative device for proton proton, elementary particle having a single positive electrical charge and constituting the nucleus of the ordinary hydrogen atom.
