LuAn Mitchell, chair of Mitchell's Gourmet Foods in Saskatoon Saskatoon (săskətn`), city (1991 pop. 186,058), S central Sask., Canada, on the South Saskatchewan River. , was again ranked No. 1 among Canada's top women business owners Many online and offline organizations have been created to collect information about businesses around the world owned and operated by women. Many other organizations have been created to assist the women that own and operate those businesses.  by Profit magazine. Joining Mitchell were three other Saskatchewan women, Monique Prud'homme Monique Prud'homme (born September 23, 1957 in Saint-Jean, Quebec) is a former Canadian handball player who competed in the 1976 Summer Olympics.

She was part of the Canadian handball team, which finished sixth in the Olympic tournament. She played all five matches.
