Ministry employees receive Umrah grant.

Summary: A total of 412 employees of the Ministry of Interior and their families arrived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, onboard a private plane to perform Umrah in Makkah on a grant by General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

A total of 412 employees of the Ministry of Interior and their families arrived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, onboard a private plane to perform Umrah in Makkah on a grant by General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

The one-day Umrah programme is being followed up by Lt.-Gen. Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.

Head of the Ministry's permanent committee on Hajj and Umrah Brig. Hamad Adeel Al Shamsi said all preparations for the programme are complete to provide full services to the beneficiaries who will also visit Madinah, the other holy city.
