Mine safety conference.


A mine can be one of the most unforgiving workplaces, which is why sharing safe practices used in mines could save another's life. That was the message about 60 members of the Porcupine porcupine, in zoology
porcupine, member of either of two rodent families, characterized by having some of its hairs modified as bristles, spines, or quills.
 Mines Safety Group received during the 31st annual Mining Safety and Ventilation ventilation, process of supplying fresh air to an enclosed space and removing from it air contaminated by odors, gases, or smoke.

Proper ventilation requires also that there be a movement or circulation of the air within the space and that the temperature and
 conference recently. The conference focused on teaching safety methods used in local mines. Among the members in attendance were safety co-ordinators, health and safety representatives and mine supervisors. Participating mines were invited to share safety information during the conference. In addition to discussing incidents that have occurred throughout the industry, the conference also offered new, safer methods that could reduce risks to workers. Various suppliers were also on hand for presentations and product information.
