Lissner recently completed a 607,739 s/f industrial lease on behalf of CEI, one of the leading contract manufacturers catering to the personal care products industry. The company occupied 483,000 s/f in Cranbury and needed additional warehouse space. With the help of local ProLogis reps, the firm's adjacent tenant was relocated to another ProLogis facility, providing CEI the expansion space they required. Lissner serves as senior vice president in the industrial division at CB Richard Ellis. Throughout her 18-year career in commercial real estate, she has completed over 25 million square feet of leasing, build-to-suit and sales transactions for both tenants and landlords. She has been consistently ranked as a top producer for CB Richard Ellis, successfully closing transactions in excess of $518 million. Additionally, Lissner has been involved with the Port Authority of NY/NJ and the New Jersey EDA in creating the Portfields Initiative Package. She is a past president of ICREW, has been recognized as a Co-Star Power Broker of the Year consecutively since 2002, received ProLogis' prestigious 2007 Broker of the Year award and was listed as a Real Estate New Jersey Top Women of NJ Real Estate.
