MindSpring Introduces Redesigned Web Site; Loads Faster And Has More Content, Enhanced Viewer Experience.

) yesterday introduced a new version of its award-winning Web site, located at http://www.mindspring.com/. The new site is designed to load faster and provide access to more content, allowing visitors to get what they need with a shorter wait.

"Our aim was to provide a striking, compelling start page for our customers and other visitors," said Erika Jolly, MindSpring's vice president of product management. "We created graphics that would render quickly and organized the layout into well-defined functional areas. We've provided direct access to account information and management tools, and added a new search engine, a weekly poll, and content from an exciting variety of sources."

In recent months, MindSpring has added headlines from the following content providers: Bank Rate Monitor, CMPNet, CNN CNN
