MindSpring Acquires IGC Internet Subscribers.

) today announced it has purchased the consumer dial-up Internet subscribers of The Institute for Global Communications Institute for Global Communications - (IGC) Provider of computer networking tools for international communications and information exchange. The IGC Networks -- PeaceNet, EcoNet, ConflictNet and LaborNet -- comprise the world's only computer communications system dedicated solely  (IGC (Integrated Graphics Controller) The inclusion of the video display circuitry on the motherboard. An IGC is typically contained in the chipset, such as the Northbridge. See integrated graphics and IGP.

The transition of the IGC Internet subscribers to MindSpring should be complete within 60 days.
