Mincom Acquires Karjeni Pty Ltd to Enhance its Mining Sector Offering

DENVER -- In a move that further cements its position as a leading global software and services provider to asset intensive industries, Mincom Limited announced today it has fully acquired Karjeni Pty Ltd, a mining industry software development company based in Perth, Western Australia.

The acquisition of Karjeni increases Mincom's technical mining platform by providing complementary mining software solutions for end-to-end production accounting that are key to mineral and metal processing operations.

This latest move builds on Mincom's recent acquisition of the metallurgical accounting solution from JKTech, the technology transfer company of the Julius Kruttschnitt Mineral Research Centre (JKMRC) at the University of Queensland, announced earlier this month.
