Spring menu items added to Mimi's new "Seasonal Features" section range from $7.99 to $12.99 and include Citrus Broiled Shrimp and Fresh Asparagus grilled and drizzled with creamy basil pesto and served with baby greens and fresh strawberries tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette; Fresh Asparagus and Potato Cake Benedict topped with poached eggs, broiled fresh asparagus, hollandaise sauce and served with fresh strawberries and melon; Fresh Asparagus Omelette made of three eggs with diced asparagus, tomatoes and onions and topped with jack cheese, broiled asparagus spears and tomato cream; Jumbo Spinach Tortellini sauteed with fresh asparagus, yellow squash and artichoke hearts tossed in a light basil pesto cream sauce and topped with Romano cheese; and Tender Lamb Shank braised with red wine, garlic & herbs and served with mashed potatoes and pan vegetables.

With all the new additions, Mimi's spring menu could be considered a work of art, especially with its brand new design. At Mimi's Cafe, art and ambience are just as important as the food they serve. Guests will enjoy perusing the pages where the boldly colored signature whimsical chefs of artist Leo Meirsdorff take center stage. Additionally, the restaurant has tapped inspiration from several other existing art pieces and visual cues that have become familiar to Mimi's clientele and synonymous with the restaurant's identity and integrated them into the new menu design.
