The comprehensive, self-contained assemblies eliminate fluid contact from any reusable components, thereby reducing downtime between biopharmaceutical production runs, minimizing validation efforts, and increasing speed to market.

Millipore's Mobius solutions include a suite of disposable technologies - filtration products, process containers, connectors and valves - together with design, validation, and support services required to integrate and deliver a complete disposable solution. Tangential flow filtration is a method used for the separation and purification of biomolecules and is an important step in the production of gene medicines, monoclonal antibodies, therapeutic proteins and vaccines. The new disposable TFF assemblies from Millipore introduce disposable technology into this process step to further enhance processing flexibility while maintaining optimum performance.
