Miller-St. Nazianz Inc., parent company of Miller Application Technologies, Miller Pro and Badger Farm Systems, purchases the operating assets of Ag-Bag International Limited, an Oregon-based company. The Ag-Bag business adds a new dimension to the Miller hay and forage operations, further extending the company's support for dairy and other livestock producers throughout North America.
