Millennium Announces The Publication Of An Exciting New Study Published In The British Cancer Journal On SOD/Gliadin.

(OTCBB:MBTG) is pleased to announce yet another major study showing the crucial benefits of SOD/Gliadin - an important nutritional component in medical nutrition. The study, recently published in the British Journal of Cancer, suggests the functionality and benefits associated with SOD/gliadin in cancer.

The formation of human cancer involves a multistage process that involves steps in the initiation, promotion and progression of tumors. Oxidative stress and inflammation is considered to contribute to the whole process. Previously, a double blind randomized human study published in Free Radical Research titled "Influence of An Orally Effective SOD On Hyperbaric Oxygen Related Cell Damage" demonstrated that SOD/gliadin was effective in protecting humans against oxidative stress. In this new study titled Prevention of inflammation-mediated acquisition of metastatic properties of benign mouse fibrosarcoma cells by administration of an orally available superoxide dismutase, published in the British Journal of Cancer (2006), SOD/gliadin was shown to prevent the progression of tumors that are influenced by oxidative stress and inflammation in mice.
