Dear N M, every once in a while an 'out-of-this-world' letter arrives on these pages and yours is one of them.

No one recommends sticking one's mouth to a cow or goat and drink milk directly. Doing so can make you sick.

If you have heard of "Pasteurisation", then you would know that it doesn't kill all the nutritional benefits of milk.

You are confusing sterilisation with pasteurisation. Please check and drink lots of pasteurised Adj. 1. pasteurised - having been subjected to pasteurization in order to halt fermentation

 milk before it's expiration date Expiration Date
