Military offensive to continue till all extremists rooted out : Zardari.

Islamabad, July 2 (ANI): Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari Asif Ali Zardari (Urdu: آصف علی زرداری) (Sindhi:آصف علي زرداري) (born July 21, 1956) is the chief of the Zardari tribe and the  has said that the military offensive against the Taliban would continue until all the extremists are rooted out from the country.

The meeting was organized to discuss the overall security condition in the country and rehabilitation of displaced people, who have been rendered homeless due to the ongoing Swat Swat (swät), district of the Malakand division, North-West Frontier Province, Pakistan. Saidu Sharif is the capital. The largely inaccessible region is reached by air and through mountain passes from the south and east.  military offensive.

"The government will now focus on the safe return of IDPs to their homes," The Daily Times quoted Zardari, as saying.

During the meeting, General Kayani briefed Zardari and Gilani both over the future course of action in Swat, and the planned military action against the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP TTP (thymidine triphosphate): see thymine. ) chief Baitullah Mehsud in South Waziristan, sources said.

Kayani also briefed Gilani on his recent visits to France, Germany and Russia.(ANI)
