In his new position, DeLoye will oversee all of the technology-related initiatives within EnerNow's division that provides advanced digital media distribution products and services. He will report directly to Larry L. Light, acting president of the division.

EnerNow's Digital Media Technologies division develops and markets advanced digital media distribution products that provide video and movies on demand, Web access, email and interactive TV services delivered through the television. The company markets its Interactive Media Terminals(TM), home media gateways, and other products. Philips Electronics (for AOLTV (America OnLine TV) An Internet TV service from AOL that provides access via a phone line or through the DirecTV satellite from Hughes Electronics. Versions of the AOLTV set-top boxes also include the TiVo technology for digitally recording TV programs. )(TM), LodgeNet Entertainment, Skylight Systems, Get Well Network, and KoolConnect Interactive Media currently use EnerNow products.

DeLoye has more than 25 years of product development experience in all aspects of the information technology industry, ranging from competitive analysis, product and resource planning to cost estimation and product performance analysis. DeLoye initially joined EnerNow, formerly Inprimis, in 1999 and served as the director of quality assurance.

Prior to joining EnerNow, DeLoye was a senior system architect at Xpoint Technologies, in Boca Raton, FL, where he led the development of intelligent networking products for the high-end client/server market. He also has held various engineering positions at IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries) , where he worked for 18 years. While at IBM, DeLoye directed the design and development of several generations of PS/2 and ValuePoint desktop personal computers, including the company's best-selling PS/2 model 55SX and the company's highly regarded ValuePoint products. He also was responsible for developing the power supplies for the original IBM PC and PC-XT PC-XT Personal Computer - eXtended Technology .

DeLoye has been granted two U.S. and three European patents for memory access operations in personal computers and the control of personal computer power supplies. DeLoye holds a bachelor's in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
