:MIGO) today announced that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of StompSoft, Inc.'s entire line of software titles. Migo's purchase includes StompSoft's popular PC BackUp, Registry Repair and Digital Vault Depot brands currently found in leading retailers, such as Fry's, Comp USA and Office Depot Office Depot (NYSE: ODP) is one of the world's leading suppliers of office products and services. The Company's selection of brand name office supplies includes business machines, computers, computer software and office furniture, while its business services encompass copying, . Migo also acquired StompSoft's web store as well as StompSoft's OEM software channel which includes Hewlett-Packard and SanDisk among its customers.

Under the terms of the agreement, the purchase price consisted of 20,000,000 shares of Migo Common Stock and $650,000 paid to StompSoft.
