The commemoration ceremony, attended by Kris' family, the Migdol family and friends, took place last month. Migdol's son, Aaron, was a classmate of Kris' at Benjamin N. Cardozo Benjamin Nathan Cardozo (May 24, 1870–July 9, 1938) is a well-known American jurist, and is remembered not only for his landmark decisions on negligence but also his modesty, philosophy, and writing style, which is considered remarkable for its prose and vividness. School of Law and Mr. Migdol was part of the first graduating class of Cardozo. He co-founded Intellastructure, a biometrics company, then ventured into real estate by acquiring a dilapidated brownstone in Harlem.
