 on behalf of The Migdol Family Foundation to St. Aloysius Education Clinic, a Harlem-based non-profit organization A non-profit organization (abbreviated "NPO", also "non-profit" or "not-for-profit") is a legally constituted organization whose primary objective is to support or to actively engage in activities of public or private interest without any commercial or monetary profit purposes. , which is dedicated to providing educational and cultural programs to children aged 3-21, borough-wide, focusing on academic improvement, technological advancement, cultural enhancement, and mentoring.

In addition, principals of the Migdol Organization, Gerald S Gerald - ["Gerald: An Exceptional Lazy Functional Programming Language", A.C. Reeves et al, in Functional Programming, Glasgow 1989, K. Davis et al eds, Springer 1990]. . Migdol and Aaron Migdol, have been invited to join the Clinic's prestigious Board of Directors.

The Migdol Foundation was formed by Jerry and Sheri Migdol in 2005 from their real estate enterprises in low and middle income housing. Its purpose it to 'give back' to residents of the South Bronx and Harlem.

The St. Aloysius Education Clinic is dedicated to providing educational and other programs to children with the conviction that education and opportunity are inextricably in·ex·tri·ca·ble
