LS Power, a fully integrated investment, development and asset management group focused on the power industry, has leased 12,625 s/f at 1700 Broadway Broadway, famous thoroughfare in New York City. It extends from Bowling Green near the foot of Manhattan island N to 262d St. in the Bronx. Throughout its length Broadway is chiefly a commercial street.  for a ten-year term, according to according to

LS Power, which currently occupies space at 494 Eighth Avenue, was looking to significantly increase its size and locate a space that could be built out to meet specific requirements, says Marcus Rayner, principal of CRESA Partners.

"The space at 1700 Broadway, which will be delivered raw, perfectly fits the company's future design plans," adds Mr. Rayner.

The firm plans to move into its new office this fall.

Mr. Rayner and Ed Wartels, associate of CRESA Partners, represented LS Power.
