Microtest Enters Agreement With Todd Enterprises; Todd Enterprises to Acquire Microtest's High-End CD-ROM Server Maintenance Activities.

Under the agreement, Todd Enterprises will acquire Microtest's active enterprise maintenance contracts, a critical step in Microtest's decision to direct its focus strictly on network attached storage products.

Effective Aug. 16, 1999, Todd Enterprises will assume responsibility for all Microtest enterprise maintenance contracts, as well as continued sales of Microtest enterprise hardware and software.
