Microtech Sells Tape Duplication Business to DSI; DSI Named Reseller of Microtech CD-R/DVD Production Systems.

At the same time, Microtech has also appointed DSI as an official reseller An organization that sells hardware and software to the general public. Resellers purchase products from software publishers and hardware manufacturers.  for the entire line of Microtech CD-R/DVD/CD Card production systems and software.

Included in the asset sale is the Microtech TapeMaker(TM) Tape Duplication System which is designed for tape or magneto-optical output. TapeMaker can output over 200 tape formats and is an excellent system for tape conversion and duplication.

The agreement between the two companies also calls for DSI to act as a reseller of Microtech's Burnie(TM):Network Disc Publisher, the ImageAutomator(R) series and the ImageMaker(R) series of CD-R/DVD/CD Card production systems and software. Microtech is the only company in the CD-R/DVD production field that DSI will be representing.
