Microsoft goes on tour.Software giant launches program to encourage business tech use Microsoft has kicked off its national Build Your Business tour to show minority small-business owners how to streamline their business processes, reduce costs, and bring their enterprises into the technology age by using the Internet and supporting electronic commerce.
