Future Developments Microsemi also announced that it is in the final design stage of its first InGaP HBT HBT Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor HBT HyCult Biotechnology (Uden, The Netherlands) HBT Hanbury-Brown-Twiss (interferometer) HBT Herring Bone Twill HBT Heflex Bioengineering Test transimpedance amplifier, which will complement its InGaAs/InP detector line.
