Micron Electronics PC Users Give Enthusiastic "Thumbs-Up" for SystemSoft's SystemWizard Problem-Resolution Software.

An independent survey of Micron customers found that more than 56 percent of users who tried SystemWizard were able to solve one or more problems with SystemSoft's problem-resolution software without calling technical support for assistance. In fact, SystemWizard users tried the product an average of 3.4 times and were able to resolve one or more problems an average of 2.4 times for a problem-resolution success rate of more than 70 percent.
