:PRAV PRAV Planned Restricted Availability ), today announced an agreement whereby PowerLOC will deploy its L-Biz(R) GPS wireless satellite position and tracking solutions in Canada using Microcell Connexions' Global System for Mobile communications (communications) Global System for Mobile Communications - (GSM, originally "Groupe de travail Sp?ciale pour les services Mobiles") One of the major standards for digital cellular communications, in use in over 60 countries and serving over one billion subscribers.  (GSM) network.

The agreement was achieved as a result of Project Rainbow, a wireless industry initiative launched earlier this year by Microcell Telecommunications, which is designed to bring together an ecosystem of organizations to develop and market commercial mobile data services.

An added feature to the PowerLOC offering designed for users with personal digital assistants (PDAs) is the ability to send and receive text messages or emails. Customers can use their PDAs when connected to the VLD 104 in the vehicle using an accessory cable.
