), an international manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic components and subsystems and communication equipment, today announced that its electronic components subsidiary, XET XET Xbox Elite Team (Belgian video gaming group)

 Corp., has secured two orders totaling $509,000 as part of an accelerated Department of Defense (DOD (1) (Dial On Demand) A feature that allows a device to automatically dial a telephone number. For example, an ISDN router with dial on demand will automatically dial up the ISP when it senses IP traffic destined for the Internet. ) procurement.

The orders carry a Defense Order-A1 (DO-A1) priority rating and are placed by a major domestic defense prime-contractor that has requested deliveries in Q4-2003.

Our Q4-2003 production schedules are already set to meet our forecasted commitments for the balance of the year. We are currently evaluating our shop floor schedules, inventories, vendor capabilities and manpower to determine how we may adjust our current year-end workload to comply with the accelerated delivery request for these two new DO-A1 orders. The timing of these orders and their DOD priority is expected to increase XET's year-end 2003 backlog."
