Anderson Jacobson, ("CXR-AJ") has received new orders in the transport market from the French Highways Agency for its multiplexer and fiber optic communication transmission equipment worth in excess of $320,000. This growing business opportunity is expected to lead to significant additional orders in excess of $675,000 in the first six months of 2004 for a total of approximately $1,000,000. These new orders are for a number of high-profile infrastructure projects circling major French cities. The projects provide the basic communication network for a diverse range of systems and controls including video, traffic management and signage. We have built on our earlier success in the railway transport market with France's SCNF SCNF Salmon-Challis National Forest (Salmon, ID) SCNF Status, Condition Not Found (Alcatel) and other European railways and we have now penetrated the highways market. The highways market has similar exacting standards to railways for which our products are designed. We expect to achieve substantial revenues in the near future due to an increase in investment for traffic controls in France incorporating especially our new range of video fiber optic modems which include multiplexer functionality." Graham Jefferies, executive vice president of MicroTel commented: "The demands of the transport market are onerous and require a high performance product. Our products have been proven time and again to exceed these requirements and to provide the reliability and performance required for such essential tasks as traffic control, signaling and security. Our continuing introduction of new transmission products fulfills our customer's requirements across a broad spectrum of applications and provides a choice of available technologies. The transport market has been a new target market for our products and we are now seeing the early success of our efforts."
